The precision was expressed by CV of the measured value. CV（%） = SD/mean×100
Intra batch difference: take the same batch of kits for quantitative detection of low, medium and high fixed value samples, each sample was determined for 20 times continuously, and calculate the average value and SD value of samples with different concentrations.

The kit can recognize natural and recombinant goose fatty acid synthase (FAS) and has no obvious cross reaction with other similar substances. Due to the limitation of technology and sample source, it is impossible to complete the cross reaction detection of all related or similar substances. Therefore, the kit may cross react with other substances that have not been detected.
[stability]
The results showed that the kit must be stored at the recommended temperature within the validity period, and the activity reduction rate was less than 5%. In order to reduce the influence of external factors on the test values before and after the destruction of the kit, the environmental conditions of the laboratory should be consistent as far as possible, especially the temperature, humidity and incubation conditions in the laboratory. Secondly, the same experimenter can reduce the human error.
