Experimental principle
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is the application of the principle of specific binding of antigen and antibody, and color development through the reaction between enzyme-labeled antibody and substrate, so as to locate, qualitatively and quantitatively study the antigen in tissue cells, which is called immunohistochemistry technology . Immunohistochemistry (IHC) has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity and accurate positioning.
