If you buy any ELISA kit in our catalog, you only need to test the animals (human, rat, mouse, rabbit, monkey, pig...) From the date of receiving samples from customers, the test report of spot products will be handed over to customers within two weeks!
Sample requirements
Before collecting samples, we must have a complete plan and know whether the ingredients to be tested are stable enough. We advocate the early detection of fresh specimens. For specimens that are detected on the same day after collection, they should be stored at 4 ℃ in time for standby. If there is a special reason for periodic collection of specimens, please make models and take samples, pack the specimens in time, and then store them at - 20 ℃ or - 70 ℃. Because there is a certain temperature difference between the ice chamber and room temperature, the protein is easy to degrade, which directly affects the quality of the experiment, so repeated freezing and thawing is avoided. Customers who test and release specimens on behalf of the company should ask for the instructions from the sales staff of our company before taking materials. Please communicate with the technical staff of our company for specific operation precautions.
Liquid specimen: the specimen must be liquid without sediment. It includes serum, plasma, urine, hydrothorax and ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenate.
Serum: after natural coagulation at room temperature for 10-20 minutes, centrifugation for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect supernatant. If precipitate is formed, it should be centrifuged again.
Plasma: EDTA, sodium citrate or heparin should be selected as anticoagulant according to the requirements of the kit, and 10% (V / V) anticoagulant (0.1M sodium citrate or 1% heparin or 2.0% heparin) should be added EDTA.Na2 ）After mixing for 10-20 minutes, centrifuge for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. If precipitate is formed, it should be centrifuged again.
Urine, hydrothorax and ascites, cerebrospinal fluid: collected with sterile tube. Centrifugation for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. If precipitate is formed, it should be centrifuged again.
Cell culture supernatant: when detecting secretory components, collect them with sterile tube. Centrifugation for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. The cell suspension was diluted with PBS (ph7.0-7.4), and the cell concentration was about 1 million / ml. Through repeated freezing and thawing, the cells are destroyed and released. Centrifugation for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). Collect the supernatant carefully. In case of precipitation during storage, centrifugation should be carried out again.
Tissue specimen: after cutting the specimen, weigh it. When a certain amount of PBS was added, 1 μ g / L protease inhibitor or 50 U / ml aprotinin could be added into the buffer. The specimens were homogenized by hand or homogenizer. Centrifugation for about 20 minutes (2000-3000 RPM). The supernatant was collected carefully and stored at - 20 ℃ or - 70 ℃. If necessary, the sample could be concentrated and dried. After subpackage, one copy is to be tested, and the rest is to be frozen.
The following information should be indicated when sending samples:
