How to collect high quality animal serum?
In cell culture experiments, serum is usually used as an additive in basal growth medium. In the course of the experiment, whether to add serum or not depends on the chemical composition of the basic culture medium, the type of cultured cells and the culture system. The quality of the serum greatly affects the effect of the test.
