1、 Find the protein concentration of the sample to be tested
According to the NCBI literature, UniProt, PAX DAB protein expression reference value, we can compare whether the sample value given in the enzyme detection kit is consistent with the reported value.
2、 Application species and samples of enzyme detection kit
Except for the special instructions of the kit, different species cannot be used generally. The common types of samples to be tested are: serum and plasma (different anticoagulants), cell supernatant, and cell lysate. Diluents of different samples in the kit are not mixed.

a. Sensitivity: the ability of the kit to detect the most Di concentration of the sample. If the content of the index to be detected is very low, the enzyme detection kit with high sensitivity should be selected.
b. Coefficient of variation (CV%) between plates and within plates: to reflect whether the plates are uniform or not, CV% is generally less than 10%.
6、 Validity of enzyme assay kit

7、 Specificity of enzyme assay kit
