　　1) The sample pipette should be inserted straight into the specimen to prevent scratching the bottom of the coating plate, and prevent the liquid from splashing and the serum remaining on the wall of the reaction hole during the sample loading process.

　　2) The pipette tip should be cleaned to prevent contamination, and the order of sample addition should be the same as the instruction manual, otherwise it may lead to faulty results and poor test repeatability.

　　3) Before conducting the test, you should have a sufficient understanding of the physical parameters of the test, such as the ambient temperature, the response incubation temperature and the incubation time, the number of washing times, etc., and check the temperature of the water incubator and whether the ELISA kit meets the requirements.

　　4) The amount of color-developing liquid should not be too much, and the working environment for adding samples should not be under direct sunlight. After adding the color-developing system, avoid light and reverberation. The amount of color-developing liquid should not be too much to prevent excessive color development.

　　5) Make sure that the amount of liquid added is the same. When using it, it feels that the liquid addition of the dropper is not as good as the sampler. The dropper is not easy to control the amount of liquid to be prohibited, resulting in inconsistent color development and judgment fault.

　　ELISA kit test water bath insulation method:

　　1. The ELISA test plate can be placed in a water bath, and the bottom of the ELISA plate should be close to the water surface to make the temperature quickly balance.

　　2. In order to prevent transpiration, the board should be covered, and the hole of the board can also be covered with plastic paste sealing paper or cling film, so that the echo board can float on the water.

　　3. The wet box should be placed in an incubator to pre-heat to a regular temperature, especially when the temperature is low.

　　4. The room temperature during operation should be strictly restricted within the scope of the rules. The standard room temperature refers to 20～25℃, but the incubation can be controlled according to the requirements of the instructions during the specific operation.

　　5. If an incubator is used, it should be placed in a wet box. The wet box should be made of materials with excellent heat transfer properties, such as metal, and wet gauze at the bottom of the box. Finally, put the ELISA board on the wet gauze.

　　6. When incubating at room temperature, just place it flat on the operating table.

　　7. Regardless of whether it is a water bath or a wet box incubation, the echo plates should not be stacked to ensure that the temperature of each plate can be quickly balanced.

　　8. It should be noted that the temperature and time of incubation should be in accordance with the rules.

　　9. To ensure this, it is not advisable for more than two plates to be measured together when one person operates it.
